Internship Job Description

Internship Summary:

TreesCharlotte interns step into a lively, hands-on role at the heart of our mission. From inspiring students and adults through our education programs to rolling up their sleeves for tree plantings and adoption events, this intern is part of the action. They’ll also help keep our operations running smoothly, teaming up with the TreesCharlotte Programs Team for daily administrative support. It’s a role that blends creativity, community, and a whole lot of green!

Internships can be tailored to fit a variety of schedules. For students, an internship can easily align with college semesters, lasting the duration of the fall, spring, or summer term and fitting around class commitments. This makes it easy to earn academic credit or gain experience while in school.

For individuals who are not currently in college, internships can be completely independent of an academic schedule. These positions can start at any time of year and offer flexible hours, allowing participants to build skills and professional experience on a timeline that works best for them.
