The TreesCharlotte team is pumped to get our 8th planting season underway, and we have a packed calendar. We have some new moves, and one of them is just for you: A planting solely for TreeMasters to kick off the season. The team here thought it would be both fun and instructive to gather before the season to share some updates from the summer, talk about the upcoming season (and how your leadership will be needed more than ever) and get some refresher planting and mulching training from Frank and Erin.
After we all reconnect (with doughnuts and coffee, of course), we’ll plant about 50 trees together – just the TC team, experts from Bartlett and you, the TreeMasters!
The fun begins at 9 am, at Berryhill Elementary in west Charlotte, a sweet little school tucked in the woods beside Lake Wylie. To make this event even more notable, this planting will mark our 50th school. Wow!!!
