General Volunteer Waiver

  • A valid email address is required in order to communicate with you important details of the event.
  • Please choose which event you are registering for
  • If you are volunteering as part of a company, organization, or school, please select from the list below. If your group does not appear, please list the name of your group in the “Other” field below.
  • Each volunteer must register individually by completing their own form.

  • Additional Volunteers

    Each volunteer is required to register separately. We can only accommodate volunteers that have registered in advance and will not allow day of registration. This will ensure we do not go above state mandated limits for outdoor gatherings.

  • Liability Wavier and Photo Release

    I, as a volunteer for, or participant in, any of the activities of TreesCharlotte and its partners, understand that I am free to refuse to participate in or continue activities in any setting where I feel my personal safety is at risk, and that I should alert the staff of TreesCharlotte to any hazardous situations. Furthermore, I hereby release and forever hold harmless TreesCharlotte, its officers, directors, representatives, agents, partners, and staff from any and all sickness (including but not limited to COVID19), actions, cause of action, claims, demands and/or liabilities arising out of, or related in any way, to my participation in the activities of TreesCharlotte at any time henceforth.

    By signing this form, I grant TreesCharlotte and its partners the rights to take and use photos and videos of myself and my party, including minors, without compensation for their business purposes (website, printed collateral, etc.).
