TreeAmbassadors – Elizabeth 8k

TreesCharlotte is happy to partner with The Elizabeth Community Association (ECA) for the return of Charlotte’s oldest road race, the Elizabeth 8K, as an in-person event for 2022! The event will take place on Saturday, April 30th.
There are several events to choose from:
An 8K timed race for the competitive type: This course provides a fantastic tour of the scenic residential and commercial streets of the Elizabeth neighborhood.
A 1.5M untimed run/walk for the casual participants: Join your neighbors for a refreshing stroll, go for a jog with your kids, or just get outdoors for a nice walk through the neighborhood with your morning coffee.
The Liz Kids’ Fun Run for the little ones: Even the little ones can get in on the action with this FREE fun ~50-yard dash. It’s for kids six years of age and younger.

We are looking for 3 TreeAmbassadors to table and help hand out seedlings at the race!
