While TreesCharlotte strives to celebrate, expand, and protect the tree canopy in Charlotte, we also want to protect the health of our supporters, volunteers, and partners from risks associated with COVID-19.  We appreciate your continued interest in volunteering with us even in these difficult times. Please read through our new event protocols here before registering to volunteer.

TreesCharlotte is excited to partner with the City of Charlotte to plant approximately 50 15-gallon trees around Elmwood Cemetery.

We are looking for 100 volunteers to help plant trees on the morning of December 4. Register early as our events “sell-out” quickly.  0 spots remain 

Volunteer groups of 10 or more, please contact Zack Agerton to determine if there is enough capacity.

Tree planting events are great for families and all ages are welcome. To ensure accurate counts and liability forms are signed, we ask that all participants please register separately. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Events are held rain or shine.  A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions.

Deadline to register to volunteer is Sunday, November 28.

Once registered, more detailed information will be emailed to you the week of the event.
