The owners who lived at this property during the original Treasure Tree program sold the property in 2014. By 2015, the house was razed and much of the lot cleared. This Dahoon Holly was removed during redevelopment.

  • Ecological Value: The Dahoon Holly is very resistant to pests and diseases but does not tolerate cold. The fruits attract birds in the winter. Native Americans used the tree for soap and medicinal purposes.
