For volunteer opportunities, please check out events marked with a blue ribbon! Don’t see any available dates? Our events open on a rolling basis, so check back at the beginning of each month!
Thanks to the generous support of Bank of America, TreesCharlotte will be planting approximately 200 trees on the campus of Parkside Elementary School.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable event, we are limiting the number of volunteers to 130 for this TreeDay. Register early as our events “sell out” quickly.
Volunteer groups of 10 or more, please contact events director, Heike Biller to determine if there is enough capacity.
Tree planting events are great for families and all ages are welcome. To ensure accurate active volunteer counts, please list all participants on the registration form, along with children’s ages. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Children activities will be provided by our community partner, NC Wildlife Federation.
TreesCharlotte is exited to partner with our official coffee sponsor, CupLux Coffee to provide our volunteers with delicious, hand crafted coffee at our events.
Events are held rain or shine. A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions.
Deadline to register to volunteer is Sunday, March 15.
Once registered, more detailed information will be emailed to you the week of the event.
TreeMasters, we have enough help for this one, consider signing up for the Mallard Creek High event on the same day. Simply sign in to your account and register here.
