TreesCharlotte is partnering with volunteers from Crescent Communities to plant trees on the campus of W.G. Byers School. A TreeStore is also planned for the surrounding community.
Tree planting events are held rain or shine. A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions. For this event, the minimum age requirement for volunteers is 12. Ages 12 to 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.
