DESCRIPTION:For this Workday Wednesday\, TreesCharlotte is returning to the campus of Marie G. Davis to steward the trees planted in Fall\, 2012. TreesCharlotte periodically returns to school campuses to ensure that the trees we previously planted continue to thrive.  Stewardship events are vital to our mission of expanding Charlotte’s tree canopy. \nVolunteers will help mulch and stake approximately 60 trees around the campus. \nTo ensure a safe and enjoyable event\, we are limiting the number of volunteers to 15 for this Stewardship event.  Deadline to register is Sunday\, April 8. \nEvents are held rain or shine.
