DESCRIPTION:Excitement for our volunteer tree planting events has been Tree-mendous. To ensure a fun and safe event\, we have reached maximum capacity for this event. Please visit the events calendar for additional opportunities. \n \nThanks to the generous support of Lexmark and The PGA of America\, TreesCharlotte will be planting 25 15-gallon trees in Freedom Park. \nTo ensure a safe and enjoyable event\, we are limiting the number of volunteers to 25 for this TreeDay. Register early as our events “sell out” quickly. \nTree planting events are great for families and everyone is welcome. To ensure accurate active volunteer counts\, please list all participants on the registration form\, along with children’s ages. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. \nEvents are held rain or shine.  A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions. \nDeadline to register is Tuesday\, October 10. \nOnce registered\, more detailed information will be emailed to you the week of the event.
