DESCRIPTION:Having completed a NeighborWoods Application and having been accepted\, TreesCharlotte is pleased to partner with the Welwyn neighborhood to plant 20 trees in their common areas and along the Greenway. \nTo ensure a safe and enjoyable event\, we are limiting the number of volunteers to 15 to help plant trees. Register early as our events “sell out” quickly.  5 spots remaining. \nVolunteer groups of 10 or more\, please contact events director\, Zack Agerton to determine if there is enough capacity. \nTree planting events are great for families and everyone is welcome. To ensure accurate active volunteer counts\, please list all participants on the registration form\, along with children’s ages. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.  Events are held rain or shine.  A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions. \nDeadline to register to volunteer is Tuesday\, February 18. \nEvents are held rain or shine.  A modest rainfall actually provides ideal planting conditions.
