DESCRIPTION:University City\, are you ready for trees\, trees and more trees? Thanks to the generous support of Atrium Health\, we invite residents who live in the 28213\, 28262 and 28269 zip codes to our Zip Code TreeStore! This thriving corner of the city is a quickly developing area\, which makes it the perfect spot for new trees. If you’re a resident of either zip code\, pre-register today and help make the University City one of the best-canopy’d communities in the Queen City. We plan to give out 200 trees on a first come first served basis. \n\nEach address within zip code 28213\, 28262 and 28269 is eligible for up to two free trees.  Limit 2 trees per address.\nProof of Charlotte residency (such as a driver’s license\, utility bill\, etc.) must be shown at the event in order to participate.\nA valid email address is required to register.\nYou will complete and sign a Stewardship Pledge Form (mandatory) and declare your pledge to take care of the tree(s) we provide.\nAt the TreeStore\, you will be taught how to properly plant and care for your tree(s).  Tree training is mandatory.\nWe cannot guarantee species type or quantities and will not know what will be available until the morning of the event.\nTrees are in 7-gallon containers\, range from 6-10′ tall\, and will not be reserved or transported.\n\nTreesCharlotte is a non-profit organization that relies on donations to be able to host events like this.  A suggested donation of $20 is greatly appreciated and would help us give more trees to Charlotte residents. \nPre-registration is encouraged and will close on Tuesday at midnight.  \nPre-registration does not guarantee you trees or tree varieties\, however\, it does get you a sneak peak (via email a few days before the event) of the varieties we hope to offer. \nWe expect to give out close to 200 trees on a first come\, first served basis.  \nClick Here to Register for Trees\nVolunteers for this event are limited to TreeMasters.  Click here to learn more about the TreeMaster program\,

DESCRIPTION:Are you a resident of Charlotte?  Do you need some trees for your yard? Thanks to the generous support of Enterprise Rent-A-Car Foundation\, we are hosting this TreeStore to clear out our inventory of trees for the season. Which is why we’re ending our season in a BIG way: A final everything-must-go\, clearance blowout of Oaks\, Chinese Chestnuts\, Beeches and Elms on Tuesday\, March 19\, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at TreesCharlotte Headquarters. \nThese canopy champions are some of TreesCharlotte’s favorites. They do amazing work cleaning our air and water\, providing shade and welcoming wildlife. If you’re ready to make a big impact on Charlotte’s urban forest\, this is your chance! \nBecause this is our season ender\, we’re letting every shopper take home up to 3 trees! Yes\, that’s 3 FREE trees! It’s like a Buy 1 Free Tree\, Get 2 Free.
