DESCRIPTION:Looking to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day in a big way\, Charlotte? During Earth Week\, TreesCharlotte is partnering with a variety of local restaurants and breweries to give away free seedlings when you pick up takeout from their curbside/call-ahead services! \nThese young trees are all natives\, and they can’t wait to find that perfect spot in your yard to grow\, add shade\, provide wildlife habitat\, clean the air and water and bring you decades of happiness! \nWe are especially excited to partner with local restaurants and breweries. By getting a seedling\, you are both adding canopy to Charlotte\, as well as supporting the CLT economy. \nThe seedling giveaways begin April 20 and will continue until inventory runs out. \nParticipating breweries and restaurants\nPlease call ahead for days/hours of operation \nAmelie’s French Bakery: NoDa\, Park Road and Carmel Commons locations \nBirdsong Brewing Co. \nBrixx Pizza: Dilworth\, Foxcroft and Blakeney locations \nLegion Brewing: Plaza-Midwood (starting Tuesday) and SouthPark (starting Wednesday) locations. \nNoDa Brewing: Starting Tuesday \nThe Olde Mecklenburg Brewery \nSabor: NoDa\, Southend and SouthPark locations \nThe Unknown Brewing Company: Starting Wednesday \nWooden Robot: SouthEnd location \n
