SUMMARY:Little Sugar Creek Greenway (Phase 2)
DESCRIPTION:TreesCharlotte is pleased to partner with Mecklenburg County Park & Rec to plant trees along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway! We will be planting approximately 65 trees\, made possible by a partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation and Ally Financial. \nWe are recruiting 8 TreeMasters to help plant trees. TreeMasters\, please register here.   \nTree planting events are great for families and all ages are welcome. To ensure accurate counts and liability forms are signed\, we ask that all participants please register separately. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. \nNon-corporate volunteer groups of 10 or more\, please contact Events & Volunteer Manager\, Christian Battistini\, to determine if there is enough capacity. (Corporate groups please contact Beth Brodie for more information) \nEvents are held rain or shine. Details of the event will be emailed to registered volunteers the week of the event.
