SUMMARY:Oakdale Elementary TreeCare - TreeKeeper Training
DESCRIPTION:TreesCharlotte is heading to Oakdale Elementary to provide care for the trees in their school grounds’ canopies. TreesCharlotte periodically returns to previous planting sites to ensure that the trees continue to thrive by providing pruning\, mulching\, and some invasive mitigation as needed. Stewardship events are vital to our mission of expanding Charlotte’s tree canopy. \nWe are excited to host this event to provide field training for our TreeKeepers! Thank you for taking the next level of our program at TreesCharlotte! \nThis is event is for our new TreeKeepers or current TreeKeepers from our classroom training on January 24th. We are currently recruiting 6 currently trained TreeKeepers for this event to train our interested members. Current TreeKeepers\, please register here! \nReminder to register to this event below. The passcode for this event will provide during and after the TreeKeeper class on January 24th by Christian. \n \nRegister here! \nEvents are held rain or shine. Event details will be emailed to registered volunteers the week of the event.
