DESCRIPTION:Mecklenburg Soil and Water Conservation District is partnering with TreesCharlotte for their 44th Annual Tree Seedling Sale.  The event will be held on Saturday\, March 7\, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon (or until sold out).  It will take place at the Hal Marshall Service Center (Auditorium 1 & 2) located at 700 North Tryon Street in Charlotte\, NC 28202. \nGet more information about the types of seedlings at www.mecklenburgconservation.com or 704-336-2455. \nTree seedlings range in price from $1- $2 each plus tax.

Residents are invited to come out\, learn about trees and take a few home to plant. TreeMasters will be on hand to demonstrate proper techniques for planting and maintaining trees. \nWe love our volunteers; however\, this is a neighborhood event for residents of NoDa and Villa Heights. General volunteers are not needed. Please check the events calendar for other volunteer opportunities.
