The trees I plant are being provided by TreesCharlotte to benefit the community. I understand that the trees are provided “as is”, and that TreesCharlotte is not responsible for the planting, condition or care of the trees. By completing this form, I affirm my pledge to make best efforts to plant trees correctly and in the proper locations, and to care for my trees planted on my property, including protecting, mulching, and watering the trees. I grant TreesCharlotte and its partners rights to take and use photos and video of myself and my party, including minors, without compensation.
